Embedded Files
Des Moines Junior Roller Derby is a youth roller derby organization serving athletes ages 7–17 in the Des Moines area. The league is focused on developing athletes, building confidence and teamwork, and creating a positive community where skaters of every experience level can learn, grow, and develop a love for the sport. Our league is dedicated to empowering young athletes through the exciting and fast-paced sport of roller derby. Our program fosters teamwork, confidence, and resilience while ensuring a fun and inclusive environment for all participants.
The league's competitive Aces, developmental Jacks, and beginner Jokers create a pathway for skaters to grow within the organization. Through shared practices, mentorship, competition, and family involvement, DMJRD is building a program where athletes and families can grow together.
